In this research a perturbation based guidance method is developed for non Keplerian PROBLEM, PROBLEM is linearized in the presence non-gravitational forces like aerodynamic. so it can improve the performance of C* guidance for reentry PROBLEMs. In this study developed method is used for a reentry zuidance accuracy and performance. Results showed significant increases in accuracy compared to Keplerian approaches.

We describe a 72 years old lady with chief complain of headache, ptosis, partial 3rd nerve palsy and visual loss of left eye, biochemistrywas normal except to mild hyperglycemia, work up of vasculitis was negative with normal E.S.R. MRI showed sphenoid mucocel, orbit at sign was improved with nasal endoscopic drainage of mucocel.      

Purpose: To report a 12-year-old patient with a rapid growing ORBITAL mass and imaging findings suggestive of rhabdomyosarcoma that was found to be dirofilariasis after mass resection. Case Report: We describe a 12-year-old patient with a rapid growing ORBITAL mass involving medial part of orbit and medial rectus muscle and imaging findings suggestive of rhabdomyosarcoma. Histopathologic examination showed the mass to be composed of granulomatous inflammation and the thread-like object to be Dirofilaria repens. The patient was well post-operation without morbidity. In this paper, we describe distinct clinical features and imaging findings of this interesting case. Conclusion: Deep ORBITAL lesions due to dirofilariasis, as in our case, is extremely rare. It is important to add dirofilariasis to the differential diagnosis of ORBITAL mass lesions. Attention to the imaging clues, as provided in this report, can be helpful.

The PROBLEM of personal identity among others may stem from the following question—what does be the person that you are, from one day to the next, necessarily consist of? The diachronic PROBLEM of personal identity raises question on the necessary and sufficient conditions for the identity of the person over time. The synchronic PROBLEM is grounded in the question of what features or traits characterize a given person at one time. To answer these questions, John Locke discarded the soul and the body as necessary and sufficient substances for personal identity over time. He accepted consciousness as the only criterion for personal identity; the only thing capable of remaining the same and preserving personal identity through change. Though Locke’s argument is somewhat clear and coherent but what remains vague and incoherent is embedded in the question—what exactly is consciousness? How and why should it be the basis or criterion for the determination of personal identity? Using the method of critical analysis, I argue that Locke’s choice of consciousness as the determinant of personal identity, though quite novel, is incoherent and vague. Secondly, Locke had already presumed and anticipated clearly though fallaciously the very thing he wishes to substantiate. I therefore conclude that Locke’s argument is just another way of trying to escape but inadvertently prolonging the difficulty of apparently articulating a distinction between the psychological approach and physiological approach to the PROBLEM of personal identity. However, in my submission, I propose the concept of the “other” as alternative approach— a sort of an extrinsic-intrinsic approach to the PROBLEM of personal identity.

ORBITAL lynphangioma is a low-flow or no-flow vascular malformation. It is a congenital and isolated hemodynamic lesion in which the clinical presentation and onset are related to ORBITAL, peri-ORBITAL or intracranial involvement. In addition, history of previous trauma and upper respiratory tract infection are important predictor factors. High resolution MRI, Doppler ultrasound and CT-scan are useful for diagnosis. Observation is the preferred method of management except for lesions with visual loss and cosmetic PROBLEMs. Treatment methods depend on individual clinical and paraclinical manifestations of each patient.

ORBITAL xantogranuloma is a rare ophtalmic disease with systemic involvment in some case. Most of the patients presents with red eye and hyphema. Topical or systemic corticosteroid with or without surgery has been used for treatment of these patients. Here presents a young female with ORBITAL xantogranuloma which was managed by combination of medical and surgical treatment with complete resolving.
